When you request a callback, book a job, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the work requested. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you've asked for.
How we use your information
We use your details to arrange call-backs, schedule engineers, issue certificates and invoices, and — where you've agreed — send updates about jobs in progress. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data sharing
We share the minimum information necessary with our accredited tradespeople so they can attend and complete your job, and with compliance bodies where a certificate (e.g. Gas Safe, EICR, fire door) needs to be logged.
Your rights
