Fire Doors

Fire door compliance is a legal requirement for landlords of HMOs and multi-occupancy buildings, and getting it wrong carries serious liability. Our FIRAS-certified installers ensure every door meets the required standard.

We install FD30 and FD60 rated fire doors depending on the property's fire safety plan, along with the correct intumescent strips and self-closing devices required for certification.

For existing properties, we also carry out fire door inspections and surveys, identifying any doors that no longer meet current regulations and need replacing or upgrading.
